Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts or 1 lb. tenders
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- Hot steamed rice
- Steamed broccoli
- Yum yum sauce, for drizzling
- Teriyaki sauce, for drizzling
Directions:
- Marinate Chicken: In a Ziploc bag, add chicken and teriyaki sauce and refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Chicken Breasts – Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 370F, add chicken and cook for 10 minutes; then flip the chicken and cook for additional 4-8 minutes, or until done. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Chicken Tenders – Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 400F, then add tenders and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until done. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble: Add rice to plate, top with chicken and broccoli and then drizzle with yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce, if desired.
