Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts or 1 lb. tenders
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • Hot steamed rice
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Yum yum sauce, for drizzling
  • Teriyaki sauce, for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Marinate Chicken: In a Ziploc bag, add chicken and teriyaki sauce and refrigerate until ready to cook.
  2. Chicken Breasts – Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 370F, add chicken and cook for 10 minutes; then flip the chicken and cook for additional 4-8 minutes, or until done. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Chicken Tenders – Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 400F, then add tenders and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until done. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Assemble: Add rice to plate, top with chicken and broccoli and then drizzle with yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce, if desired.
