Ingredients:
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt, plus more to taste
- 1/2 c. tahini
- 1/4 c. water, plus more if needed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Serve drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of sumac
Directions:
- Place garbanzo beans through lemon juice in a food processer and blitz, scraping down the sides occasionally. The consistency should be smooth and creamy. Add water, to thin. Blend until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning.
