Ingredients:
- 1 lb. tomatillos, husked and washed (core if large tomatillos), halved
- 1 poblano chile, stemmed and seeded, rough chopped
- 1-2 serrano chiles, stemmed
- 1 small sweet onion, rough chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, rough chopped
- 1/2 c. cilantro, rough chopped
- 1-2 avocados, petite dice
- 3 limes, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp. salt, plus more to taste
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
- In a food processor pulse tomatillos through cilantro to desired consistency.
- Pour salsa into a mixing bowl and fold in avocado, lime juice, salt, agave, and olive oil.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
Verde Avocado Salsa
