Nana’s Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBSP minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Top with 1 c. ketchup, or how ever much you like

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients (through pepper) together.
  3. Bake in an ungreased loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour add as much or as little ketchup as you want to the top of meatloaf, and then bake for the remaining 30 minutes.
