Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1 1/2 heads romaine lettuce, shredded
- 5 sprigs green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. fresh dill chopped
- Optional veggies: sliced radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, and/or olives
Dressing:
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP vinegar (or substitute with lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Honey, to taste, optional
Directions:
- Salad: In a serving bowl, add lettuce, green onion, fresh dill, and desired veggies.
- Dressing: In a jar with a lid (or a small bowl), add the olive oil through honey, if using, and shake/whisk to combine.
- Add Dressing to Salad: Add dressing to salad and toss to combine.
